Al-Ata Leasing Modaraba merged into First Crescent Modaraba (FCM) through the order of Honorable Lahore High Court in December 1999.

First Crescent Modaraba was merged into Al-Towfeek Investment Bank Limited (ATIBL) through order passed by Hon’ble Lahore High Court dated 21-05-2003 in CO 42/2002.

Al-Towfeek Investment Bank Limited was renamed as First Standard Investment Bank Limited through Certificate of incorporation on change of name dated 04-09-2002.

Paramount Leasing Limited, Pacific Leasing Limited and First Leasing Limited were merged into Al-Towfeek Investment Bank Limited (ATIBL) vide order of Honourable Lahore High Court, Lahore dated May 21, 2003.

The merged entity was renamed as Crescent Standard Investment Bank Limited (CSIBL) through Certificate of incorporation on change of name dated 31-05-2004.

CSIBL was amalgamated with and into Innovative Housing Finance Limited w.e.f June 28, 2007 vide SECP letter No. SCD/NBFCD/M&I dated June 27, 2007 under section 282L of the Companies Ordinance 1984.

Innovative Housing Finance Limited was renamed as Innovative Investment Bank Limited (IIBL) through Certificate of incorporation on change of name dated 07-02-2008.

The Honourable Lahore High Court Lahore passed winding up order of Innovative Investment Bank Limited through order dated 02-05-2013 in response to winding up petition CO 46/2010filed by Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan u/s 282 J (3) of Companies Ordinance 1984.
