The Honourable Lahore High Court Lahore has passed winding up order of Innovative Investment Bank Limited (IIBL) on 02.05.2013 in response to winding up petition filed by Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan u/s 282 J (3) of Companies Ordinance 1984 in CO 46/2010.

Honourable Court has appointed Khawaja Waheed Raza and Mr. Sardar Mohammad Ali , BAR-AT-LAW ( U.K) , Advocate, High Court, Lahore as Joint Official Liquidators for IIBL vide order dated 02.11.2016.
